The Barrel-Aged Rum Manhattan (3-Liter Barrel): 

1 liter                           Smith & Cross Overproof Jamaican Rum  

1 liter                           Clement VSOP Martinique Rhum Agricole Vieux

1 liter                           Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Vermouth

8.5 oz.                         Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur

33 dash                        Angostura Bitters

33 dash                        Regan’s Orange Bitters No. 6
